The Old Coal Town That Won't Stop Growing
Coalhurst started as a mining village in 1913, and it still wears that history proudly, from Miners Days each summer to the Miners Memorial Park. But most of the town itself is new. Coalhurst went from about 1,500 people in 2006 to nearly 2,900 at the last census, and whole subdivisions have gone up in the last twenty years. A small original townsite next to street after street of newer builds: that's a housing mix we know how to look after.
We're about ten minutes away, a quick run northwest from Lethbridge on Highway 3. So when the furnace won't fire or the hot water tank starts weeping onto the utility room floor, you're not far down anyone's list. You're close.
What Coalhurst Calls Us For
New Builds & Growing Families
With Sundance Ridge and the east-side Greenwood development still adding lots, we handle rough-ins, appliance hookups, and the plumbing upgrades that come with a house that's filling up.
Furnaces Hitting Their Teens
A big share of Coalhurst went up between 2007 and 2014, which puts the town's first furnaces well into their second decade. We repair what's worth repairing. When it isn't, we quote a high-efficiency Trane replacement matched to your square footage and your budget.
Plumbing, Drains & Poly B
Leaks, drain repairs, and fixture swaps anywhere in town, including the older homes of the original core. If your place dates from the 80s or 90s, we'll tell you straight whether Poly B pipe is behind your walls and what your options are.
Hot Water, Tank or Tankless
Water heaters wear out faster than furnaces, and most tanks from those boom years won't make fifteen. We repair and replace tanks across town, and if you're wondering whether a tankless upgrade suits your household, we'll give you an honest answer.
Gas Lines, Garage & Shop Heat
Licensed gas fitting for BBQ lines, ranges, and garage heaters in town, plus unit and radiant heaters for shops on the farmland surrounding Coalhurst. Permits pulled, everything to code. We cover the county too.
Coalhurst Businesses
Commercial plumbing, heating, and gas service for local shops and workplaces, from one-off repairs to planned maintenance that keeps small problems from becoming closures.
Close Enough to Count as Local
Coalhurst is one of the shortest trips on our map. When something quits, send a service request. When you're planning a bigger project, start an estimate. Either way, the same certified team handles it from first call to final walkthrough.
